We welcome people with a passion for bringing classic cars back to life who enjoy technical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Classic-car restomod construction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engine and transmission conversions; body panel fabrication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of in-car electronics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CFRP mold making and molding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle assembly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All ages and genders welcome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications from retired engineers are welcome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working just one day a week alongside another job is welcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desirable Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Japanese Class 2 or Class 3 automotive mechanic certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience, including DIY work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of mechanical or automotive engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of vehicle structures and functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A cooperative approach and commitment to teamwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A willingness to keep learning new technologies and working methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preferred Experience and Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restoration or custom-car building experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design experience using CAD software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical and electronic engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suzuka, Mie Prefecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working Days<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least one day per week, Tuesday through Saturday<br>(For example, Saturdays only are possible.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9:00\u201318:00, with a one-hour break<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be offered based on your skills and experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel expenses reimbursed, subject to a limit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application screening.
